Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Risk-y Dice (the "App") and the Risk-y Dice website (the "Website") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data. By using the App or Website, you acknowledge this Policy.
1. Data Controller and Contact
Risk-y Dice is operated by Federica Benacquista ("we", "us", "our"). For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact: support@copycut.it.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed through the App and Website. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own privacy notices, except as stated below.
3. Data We Collect
We collect data in three categories:
- Data you provide directly: information you include when contacting support (for example, email content and related correspondence).
- Data collected automatically by advertising and measurement SDKs: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob and (if configured) mediation partners may process technical and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers (for example IDFA or similar advertising identifiers), approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction events, diagnostics, performance metrics, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Website technical data: standard server and security logs generated when the Website is requested.
4. Google AdMob and Advertising Disclosures
The App uses Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. AdMob may use collected data for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, and where permitted, ad personalization.
Depending on configuration, we may also use AdMob mediation, which can involve additional ad technology providers selected in our AdMob account.

5. Legal Bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Where GDPR or equivalent laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent: for personalized ads and consent-dependent technologies where required by law.
- Legitimate interests: for service security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and basic operational analytics.
- Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
6. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, we request consent through a consent management flow and provide a mechanism to update or withdraw choices. For EEA/UK/Switzerland users, Google requires specific consent signals under its EU User Consent Policy.

- U.S. states messaging support (iOS)
- U.S. states privacy laws compliance (iOS)
7. U.S. State Privacy Notices
If you are in a U.S. state with applicable privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal data, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, ad-tech disclosures can be classified as "sharing" under some U.S. state laws. Where required, we honor eligible opt-out signals and consent choices, including supported Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signals and restricted data processing modes.
8. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS, advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) and personalized advertising behavior are subject to Apple's ATT framework and your device settings. If permission is denied, certain identifiers may not be available for ad personalization.
9. Children and Age Restrictions
Risk-y Dice is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data. Where required, child-related and under-age consent treatment settings are applied for ads.
10. How We Share Data
We may share data with:
- Google AdMob and configured mediation providers for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.
- Technical service providers that support hosting, diagnostics, and operations.
- Public authorities or legal bodies when required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.
11. International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries outside your residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, transfers are made using lawful safeguards.
12. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and by third-party provider policy.
13. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
14. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact support@copycut.it.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted in the App and/or on the Website with a revised effective date.
